About the Role

We are seeking a Senior VIP and Institutional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Binance. This remote position will allow you to work with a leading global blockchain ecosystem, recognized as the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume. As a Senior VIP and Institutional Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in originating a portfolio of VIP clients, including institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.

What You'll Do

  • Originate and manage a diverse portfolio of VIP clients, focusing on both institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Deepen client relationships by understanding their needs and identifying requirements to enhance our offerings.
  • Collaborate with local teams to analyze regional markets and formulate strategies to identify potential opportunities.
  • Contribute to refining customer service and team management processes to improve client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, operations, and product, to effectively address client requirements.
  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting Turkish markets, ensuring compliance with all account activities.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting team requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Stay passionate about cryptocurrency and leverage industry knowledge to drive sales.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and client services, preferably with an international financial background in banking or investments.
  • Proven client portfolio management experience, including institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships under pressure.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs effectively.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
  • Passion for the crypto industry and familiarity with regulatory environments.
