About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with account teams to identify and execute value delivery strategies for key accounts.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and quantify their unique business challenges.
  • Translate Elastic’s value proposition into clear economic benefits aligned with corporate goals.
  • Lead business value reviews, effectively communicating realized value and potential economic benefits.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Create and deliver executive-level documents that showcase value delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on our solutions, staying informed about industry trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Expert knowledge in change process management and security technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge in value-based selling methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in building business cases for executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients (approximately once a month).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the New York City or Arlington, VA area.
