What You'll Do

• Lead the design of user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in user experience design.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our design processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a focus on data-driven design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and agile practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
