Senior Unity Developer - Mobile Gaming

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our compact, experienced team in Limassol. As a Senior Unity Developer, you will work closely with the team on a new mobile title at an early stage — clean architecture, no legacy code, and a strong focus on gameplay systems and long-term technical quality. This role is hands-on and system-oriented, ideal for someone comfortable making architectural decisions and building maintainable gameplay systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop mobile games from prototype to release using Unity and C#.
• Design, implement, and maintain gameplay systems with clean, scalable architecture.
• Actively use dependency injection to build modular, testable systems.
• Integrate platform features and services where needed.
• Work with online or networked features when applicable.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and producers inside a small team.
• Work with QA to ensure stable, high-quality releases.
• Contribute to technical decisions and the long-term direction of the project.

Requirements

• Strong Unity / C# development skills and solid understanding of game architecture.
• 5+ years of professional game development experience.
• Hands-on experience with dependency injection (required).
• Experience with mobile platforms and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently while staying tightly aligned with the team.
• Clear communication, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
• Passion for games and building maintainable systems.
• Experience with in-app purchases and/or networked gameplay is a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site role in our Limassol office — remote and hybrid work are not available.
