About the Role

We are seeking a Senior TikTok Shop Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through TikTok's e-commerce platform, leveraging your expertise in campaign management and analytics. As a Senior TikTok Shop Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's presence on TikTok, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings and enhance community engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies for TikTok Shop to maximize sales and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and optimize future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with TikTok’s premier team to access insights and participate in beta programs.
  • Manage product listings and ensure they align with brand strategy and community-driven marketing efforts.
  • Utilize data engineering and big data technologies to drive decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, specifically with TikTok or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign management tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in brand strategy and community engagement is a plus.
