Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing cleared engineers for US tech companies.
  • Proven experience in sourcing hard-to-find positions with expertise in using sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers and manage expectations.
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges and meet ambitious outreach targets.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sourcing metrics and provide actionable feedback.
