About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at TRM Labs. This Senior Technical Recruiter remote position is crucial for our mission to build a safer world through blockchain analytics and AI solutions. You will play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent across various teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and GTM. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of our talent acquisition efforts.

What You'll Do

• Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent to TRM.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams.
• Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
• Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies to find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
• Continuously improve our recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of our hiring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
• Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
• Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data.
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers and manage expectations.
• Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges and meet ambitious outreach targets.

Nice to Have

• Experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in recruitment.
• Previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
