About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Management Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of talent and enhancing performance within the organization. You will lead the design and implementation of integrated talent management strategies throughout the employee lifecycle, including identifying, developing, engaging, and mobilizing talent.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and advise on the execution of talent management strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Manage talent segmentation strategies and employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Develop and maintain EVP for each talent segment.
  • Implement prioritized EVP initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Oversee the identification of talent segments and develop methodologies to define them.
  • Collaborate with HR and business units to position talent segments effectively.
  • Manage talent development by assessing competency levels and identifying gaps.
  • Design and implement training pathways and career trajectories for each segment.
  • Coordinate training activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Manage internal and external trainer development.
  • Oversee talent supply through succession planning and employee transfers.
  • Monitor and improve talent accessibility across business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Preferred certifications from CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or other reputable HR organizations.
  • At least 15 years of experience in organizational design, talent development, performance management, training, and development.
  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, and fintech startups is a plus.
  • Experience in designing guidelines, employer branding, change management frameworks, and organizational design methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills in talent assessment and workforce planning.
  • Extensive experience in coaching, advising, and consulting.
  • Proficient in business English, meeting the role's requirements.
