Senior Talent Acquisition Leader - Medical Device
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader - Medical Device to join our team at Lensa. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, where you will manage requisition workloads and meet specific recruiting performance goals. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring a constant flow of qualified candidates to meet our manpower needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage requisition workload while meeting specific recruiting performance goals assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and networks to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for Canon Medical Systems USA.
- Create candidate skill set pipeline folders in our recruiting application for easy retrieval and review by Hiring Managers.
- Develop a local notification process to alert Hiring Managers of new prospective candidates.
- Coordinate with business unit leaders and local Hiring Managers to identify and maintain College Recruiting, Cadet, and Intern Programs.
- Conduct telephone screenings and in-person interviews to ensure only qualified candidates are submitted for consideration.
- Document all candidate contacts, activities, and tasks in the CMSU recruiting application (ATS).
- Manage applicant workflow and requisition processes according to CMSU service delivery models.
Requirements
- 10 years of recruiting experience in a corporate capacity.
- 4-Year Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor Sourcers and Recruiters.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Previous experience participating in job fairs and career events.
