About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at HireBoost. This Senior Software Engineer remote position offers you the opportunity to work with a professional software development agency that supports American tech companies and startups. Founded in 2019, we have partnered with numerous fast-growing U.S. tech companies, building products across diverse digital spaces, including web, mobile, AR/VR, blockchain/crypto, and AI/machine learning.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain features across web and mobile applications.
  • Possibly work with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, spatial computing, and blockchain/crypto.
  • Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Help shape technical direction and make key architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and other developers to define requirements, plan team work, and build new features and systems.
  • Review code, improve quality, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Stay hands-on and up to date with modern engineering trends.
  • Opportunity to lead project teams and be a technical decision maker.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience building modern web or mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and performance.
  • Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, with expertise in Node.js, React Native, and React.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong English communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in early-stage startups, AI-enhanced products, or product ownership.
