What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and systems using modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consistently deliver new features and improve existing applications.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, debugging, and code review workflows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support applications in production to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead discussions and communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, including code reviews and tech talks, to foster a culture of learning.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, helping them grow their technical skills.
• Contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for upholding code standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Agile software development principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility in web applications.
