What You'll Do

  • Add safeguards to prevent risky states and trigger automatic corrections.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and traders to transform strategies into reliable production systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building complex backend systems.
  • Strong proficiency in compiled languages such as Rust, C++, C, C#, Java, Go, or .NET.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms and performance-conscious development.
  • Ability to reason clearly about cause and effect across distributed systems.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of critical components.
  • Experience in trading, fintech, or crypto is a plus, but not essential.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in high-performance domains outside of crypto.
