About the Role

Techmunity is hiring multiple Senior Software Engineers to join our London-based team, focused on building a generative B2B platform that enables companies to create highly personalized sales and marketing experiences at scale. As a Senior Software Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product, which is already live and utilized by renowned enterprise customers, helping them move away from generic campaigns to one-to-one experiences across ads, landing pages, and customer touchpoints.

What You'll Do

  • Build and evolve distributed backend systems that are robust and scalable.
  • Handle event-driven workflows and integrations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ship end-to-end product features that have a clear impact on our customers.
  • Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term architecture.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers in an engineer-led, PM-light environment with a high degree of ownership.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in shipping real products in startup or scaleup environments.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages; experience with Go, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, React, Next.js, and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Ability to own problems from idea to production.
  • Mid-senior level experience in software engineering.
  • Willingness to ramp up on specific technologies if coming from different frameworks.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B platforms or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
