About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team at JetBrains. This remote Senior Software Developer position focuses on enhancing our innovative Rider IDE, a powerful cross-platform tool for .NET development. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Rider by developing new functionalities and improving existing features.

What You'll Do

• Develop new functionalities and enhance existing ones using .NET (C#) for backend and JVM (Kotlin) for frontend.
• Contribute to AI-powered features based on project requirements.
• Monitor and optimize performance across all features of Rider.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement features for Rider and other IntelliJ-based IDEs.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in C#, Java, or Kotlin development.
• Extensive experience working with JetBrains IDEs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of algorithms.
• Ability to work well in a team and value diverse opinions.
• Proactive and self-disciplined approach to work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with .NET-related technologies such as ASP.NET, Razor, Blazor, WPF, Avalonia, MAUI.
