Senior Social Media Manager - TikTok Strategy Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence on TikTok. This Senior Social Media Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our social media strategy and engage with our audience effectively. You will work fully remote, aligning your schedule with Eastern Standard Time (9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST).

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Grow social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook by reaching out to creators, negotiating partnerships, and expanding our daily engagement.
• Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
• Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges on TikTok to produce viral content.
• Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
• Manage TikTok community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective.
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and product teams to align strategies and objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
• Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
• A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
• Experience working for an E-commerce company is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics tools to track social media performance.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools to create engaging visuals.
