Senior Site Project Manager - Telecommunications & Data Center

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Site Project Manager to join our team at V2X Inc. This position is based in Los Angeles, United States, and will require relocation. As a Senior Site Project Manager, you will oversee all on-site execution activities, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is critical in managing multidisciplinary field teams and aligning our efforts with contractual requirements. Your expertise will help us tackle complex challenges in the IT services and consulting sector.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all on-site execution activities for telecommunications and data center projects.
• Serve as the primary interface between government leads, subcontractors, and corporate program management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards while maintaining strict control over project schedules and resources.
• Coordinate equipment staging, integration, cutover, and testing of site installations.
• Facilitate the distribution of AITs between base efforts and cross-base staffing requirements.
• Oversee and manage Quality and Safety directives to ensure contract specifications are met.
• Monitor progress and quality of installation teams, reporting issues and status to the Program Manager.
• Collaborate with end-user POCs to notify them of work schedules that may affect their areas.

Requirements

• Technical BA/BS Degree or High School Diploma/Associate Degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within DoD or commercial environments.
• 7 years of experience with a BA/BS Degree or 10 years with a High School Diploma/Associate Degree.
• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret (Tier 3) level clearance required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Experience managing telecommunications and/or data center projects for at least 3 years.
• 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety Class completion preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Inside/Outside Plant Performance Requirements.
• Familiarity with EIA/TIA standards and commercial building wiring standards.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
