Senior ServiceNow Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team at Elastic. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to drive innovation and efficiency within our IT service management processes.

What You'll Do

• Develop, customize, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, SPM, HRSD, and Employee Center Pro.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of existing ServiceNow processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends to implement innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, engineering, or administration.
• Proven expertise in Incident Management, Catalog & Request Management, CMDB, and Service Portal.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and additional certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HRSD, SPM, and NowAssist applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI, cloud platforms, APIs, and integration technologies.
