About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Service Designer - Customer Experience Remote to join our innovative team. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service design, user experience design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing service design projects and user-centered design processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
