About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint ISC Engineer to join our team at Truist. This is a full-time position that requires onsite work at our core locations in North Carolina or Georgia. As a Senior SailPoint ISC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and maintaining Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions that ensure secure and compliant access across the organization. This role is vital for enhancing the overall identity lifecycle management process and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain technical IT/cyber capabilities across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in the design, planning, and testing of cybersecurity technologies used throughout the enterprise.
  • Implement new information security technologies, including configuration and operational handoff.
  • Provide technical support for information security technologies, ensuring timely problem analysis and resolution.
  • Lead small cybersecurity projects and play significant roles in larger initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in systems engineering or administration.
  • Deep knowledge in enterprise information security technologies, including firewalls and identity management.
  • Previous experience leading complex IT projects.
  • 7+ years of progressive work experience in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and related technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience upgrading or migrating from OIM to ISC.
  • Strong experience building and optimizing connectors, including Web Services and REST-based connectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) policy design and enforcement.
