Senior Reporting Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our team remotely in the Philippines. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations that enhance our processes and improve customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple complex business projects effectively.
• Develop dashboards and data-driven solutions, performing data analysis and visualization for internal clients.
• Maintain database records and conduct routine audits to ensure proper site, client, and project relationships.
• Provide insights and analytics to enhance processes, productivity, and efficiency KPIs.
• Collaborate with leadership teams and internal customers, exchanging feedback and presenting results.
• Support clients and operations with ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Develop and maintain central operations data solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and other tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reporting and Analytics, preferably in BPO.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of data, performance, and KPIs.
• Good to have: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Data visualization skills to translate data into meaningful insights.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with advanced reporting tools such as Looker, Studio, Tableau, Salesforce, and IEX Verint.
