About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Renewal Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing customer renewals, ensuring satisfaction, and driving retention strategies. What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction, leading to high retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management, to align renewal strategies with overall business goals.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight to track renewal metrics and analyze customer data.
- Implement best practices for renewal management and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Provide training and support to junior team members on renewal processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in the development of incentive compensation plans to motivate and reward team performance.
- Contribute to a transparent and candid culture by providing consistent feedback and support to colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in renewal management, account management, or customer success roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Gainsight, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients.
- Experience in developing and implementing renewal processes that drive customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Clari or similar revenue operations tools.
- Familiarity with digital storytelling and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of financial processes related to contract renewals.
