What You'll Do

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of technical roles and the ability to recruit for diverse positions.
• Proven track record of successful placements and stakeholder management.
