Senior Recruiter - Remote Opportunity in HR
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our HR team remotely. This Senior Recruiter remote position offers an exciting opportunity to influence hiring decisions and work directly with management. You will play a crucial role in building a strong HR function as we expand our team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process for administrative roles and mass recruitment across Ukraine and the EU.
- Source candidates independently through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
- Collaborate with managers to deeply understand their needs and management styles.
- Act as a filter and navigator for managers in the candidate market.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies by creating clear job specifications for specific roles.
- Select and maintain effective agencies, stopping the flow of irrelevant candidates before they reach management.
- Provide HR support, including welcoming and supporting new employees.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions during the adaptation period (30/60/90 days) and gather feedback to identify early issues.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in mass recruitment.
- Ability to manage vacancies end-to-end and work autonomously.
- Experience interacting with recruitment agencies.
- Strong skills in deep interviewing and motivation assessment.
- Structured thinking and accountability for results.
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR technology tools.
- Knowledge of labor market trends in Ukraine and the EU.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
