Senior Recruiter - Remote HR Partner for Growing Teams
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team and work remotely. This Senior Recruiter remote role is perfect for those who want to make a real impact on hiring decisions and work directly with leadership. You will be responsible for building a strong HR function and expanding our team.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for administrative roles and mass recruitment across Ukraine and the EU.
- Independently source candidates through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
- Collaborate with managers to deeply understand their needs and management styles.
- Act as a filter and navigator for managers in the candidate market.
- Manage recruitment agencies by creating clear job descriptions for specific roles.
- Evaluate and retain only effective agencies while stopping irrelevant candidates before they reach management.
- Provide HR support by welcoming and assisting new employees.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings during the adaptation period (30/60/90 days) and gather feedback to identify early issues.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in mass recruitment.
- Ability to manage vacancies end-to-end and work autonomously.
- Experience interacting with recruitment agencies.
- Skills in deep interviewing and assessing motivation.
- Structured thinking and accountability for results.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of the recruitment landscape in Ukraine and the EU.
