What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications.
  • Utilize automated testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Perform manual testing to identify bugs and ensure optimal performance of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices in testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on automation testing.
  • Proficiency in Java and experience with testing frameworks like Selenium and Cypress.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Experience with API testing and performance testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Chrome Extensions and IVR systems.
  • Knowledge of full-stack development concepts.
