Senior Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead projects that drive significant impact within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk management plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication across departments.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in SaaS or mobility software solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for project tracking and reporting.

• Experience in healthcare or clinical research projects.
• Familiarity with cloud services and enterprise software implementations.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and payroll processing.
