About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows and deliverables effectively.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to foster a productive work environment.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, sharing best practices and insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or cloud environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
