Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including EHR software and revenue cycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
