Senior Product Motion Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Motion Designer to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote opportunity allows you to influence the visual identity of services used by millions worldwide. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will collaborate with product designers, graphic designers, and 3D designers to create stunning motion graphics and imagery for our web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do

• Identify and propose innovative ways to incorporate motion into our app experience and website.
• Apply motion design across various product levels, including UI micro-interactions, charts, icons, and illustrations.
• Transform static assets into dynamic visuals that enhance user engagement.
• Assess and select the appropriate tools for each project, demonstrating versatility in your design approach.
• Build and organize files for easy sharing and collaboration across teams.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure animations are implemented accurately and effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a motion designer.
• Strong interest and understanding of contemporary visual culture.
• Deep understanding of animation principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in After Effects and familiarity with modern tools like Cavalry, Rive, and web-based animation frameworks (GSAP, CSS).
• Experience with Adobe Suite and LottieFiles for preparing animations for developers.
• Basic understanding of Figma fundamentals.

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and share knowledge within the team.
