Senior Product Marketing Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at White Code. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to lead product marketing strategies in the FinTech sector. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring successful product launches, and driving growth in international markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement full-fledged GTM strategies for various products.
• Plan market launches from research and hypothesis formation to achieving product-market fit (PMF).
• Coordinate product launches in collaboration with product managers.
• Conduct in-depth audience research to understand their problems, motivations, and usage context.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Dive into data to form hypotheses and validate them.
• Enhance product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging.
• Create compelling product narratives, storytelling, customer journeys, and content for activation.
• Work closely with product teams to improve user experience (UX), onboarding, and conversion points.
• Lead the complete product marketing cycle from research and hypothesis to revenue growth.
• Balance quick experiments with long-term strategies.
• Generate ideas, test, scale, and measure real business impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Marketing Manager or Head of Product Marketing in international markets.
• Experience in FinTech or crypto companies (mining, centralized/decentralized wallets, exchanges, trading platforms, etc.) or rapidly growing startups.
• Ability to demonstrate revenue growth cases of 2x-3x through product repackaging or repositioning.
• Successful track record of launching new products to market.
• Fluency in English at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
