About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Leader - Stablecoins Remote to join Anchorage Digital, a pioneering digital asset platform. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for our stablecoin infrastructure and cross-border payment offerings. This is a strategic position that will significantly influence our growth trajectory and establish Anchorage Digital as the trusted partner for institutions in the crypto space.

What You'll Do

  • Drive positioning and go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and correspondent banking, translating complex infrastructure into clear institutional value.
  • Build scalable messaging, enablement, and competitive frameworks that empower teams to articulate differentiation effectively.
  • Lead strategy and execution across cross-functional initiatives, influencing product direction and delivering revenue impact.
  • Manage ambiguity and competing priorities while aligning customer needs with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business line leads, product, and sales teams to create product narratives and integrate stablecoin offerings into our platform strategy.
  • Listen to market signals and customer feedback to shape strategy, messaging, and roadmap input.
  • Contribute authoritative perspectives that influence stakeholders and strengthen Anchorage’s market leadership.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in product marketing for complex financial or crypto infrastructure.
  • Experience leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive product and revenue strategy.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across various departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience in translating technical and regulatory depth into market leadership.
