Senior Product Manager - Streaming Experience

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Paramount. In this role, you will help build a world-class streaming experience across various platforms, including mobile apps, web, and connected TVs. Your focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Be the voice of the customer across platforms, advocating for intuitive experiences on mobile, CTV, web, and emerging devices.
• Identify customer pain points and create innovative, user-centric solutions that enhance the streaming experience.
• Translate vision and strategy into platform-specific product definitions, epics, and stories for engineering and design teams.
• Take ownership of quality across device experiences, implementing improvements based on customer insights and research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure high-quality feature delivery.
• Analyze usage data to identify trends and opportunities, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Organize weekly meetings with clear agendas and action items to track progress on key initiatives.
• Define and measure progress against key objectives across platforms and teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience in building and delivering successful multi-platform products or services.
• Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments with constant change.
• Ability to evaluate opportunities and drive execution across teams.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across PMO, Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality features that drive business outcomes.
• A passion for entertainment and streaming, with a desire to shape the future of the industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science, media, or a related field.
• Experience with international products or premium subscription services.
• Familiarity with consumer video streaming and media-centric architecture.
• Experience building cross-company tools or platforms.
