About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth Experience to join our team at Upstart. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of how consumers access credit, ensuring that our platform remains user-friendly and effective.

What You'll Do

• Define and deliver the vision for user engagement across Upstart’s ecosystem, creating product experiences that keep users returning and pave the way for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Champion the user journey, crafting intuitive and rewarding experiences that build trust and increase customer lifetime value.
• Drive experimentation at scale, using rapid iteration and clear metrics to test what works effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing to create cohesive user experiences.
• Balance bold strategic initiatives with iterative testing to ensure that user needs and business outcomes are met.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management experience, particularly in driving consumer engagement and growth.
• Deep fluency in product discovery and hypothesis-driven development, including A/B testing and success metric definition.
• Exceptional collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders around a shared strategy.
• A user-first mindset with the ability to translate complex customer insights into high-utility product experiences.
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills to identify high-leverage opportunities.

• Experience building consumer products for technology companies.
• Proven track record of scaling multi-product ecosystems in a B2C environment.
