About the Role

Crunchbase is hiring a full-time Senior Product Manager (Core UX) remote to lead our innovative product team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our core products, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse user base. What You'll Do

• Lead the product development lifecycle for core UX initiatives, from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to define product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on product features.
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform strategic decisions.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on UX design and user-centered product development.
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
