Senior Product Designer - Remote Transparency Experience

About the Role

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer - Remote to join our team and help create intuitive and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly within Anchorage's ecosystem. As a member of the Product Design team, you will focus on transparency experience, ensuring operational efficiency and security.

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of the products we build and the problems we solve to create new patterns that meld traditional financial workflows with the world of crypto.
• Lead large, strategic, and complex projects that significantly impact the success of Anchorage Digital.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to conduct research, engage with customers, and explore a broad range of solutions.
• Design connected, holistic, and modular systems that help us move faster in the future.
• Communicate complex issues clearly and credibly across a wide range of audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products.
• Proficiency in sketching, flow diagrams, interface design tools, and prototyping tools.
• Experience building scalable systems, security, and compliance product functionalities.
• Ability to take ownership of the design process and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
