• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles in all projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of design systems and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers is a plus.
