MagicSchool AI is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer - Growth to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and driving growth for our innovative educational platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new features and enhancements, focusing on user engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to define and implement product vision.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a growth-focused role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the EdTech industry or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure design impact.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
