Senior Product Designer - Core UX & Mobile

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This Senior Product Designer remote position focuses on enhancing user experience across our core UX and mobile platforms. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product design strategy and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our users. As a Senior Product Designer remote, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging designs that drive user satisfaction and product success.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for mobile applications and web interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver exceptional products.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards throughout the design process.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design systems and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in mobile application design for iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments is highly desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-native solutions and design for data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and design sprints.
• Background in user research and analytics.
