About the Role

LaunchDarkly is hiring a full-time Senior Product Designer, AI Configurations to join our innovative team. This Senior Product Designer remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA while contributing to cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our AI configurations, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process for AI configuration features, from concept to implementation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design and AI technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on AI or technology products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI product design or familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
