What You'll Do

  • Execute the TradFi organic growth strategy while ensuring alignment with product and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and brief content with SEO best practices, focusing on speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead and execute digital PR initiatives to elevate authority and drive competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Tech SEO to ensure best practices in architecture, crawlability, structured data, and indexation.
  • Analyze search trends, competitive movements, SERP changes, and performance metrics for rapid optimization cycles.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate SEO and GEO into page structures and content experiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry changes in search and LLMs, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Operate with pace, ensuring fast responses and high accountability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth.
  • Strong on-page SEO and content-led optimization skills.
  • Working understanding of technical SEO and digital PR techniques.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights quickly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in finance, fintech, or regulated industries is a plus.
