Sales Manager - POS Solutions for Hospitality
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Shiji Group. As a Sales Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative POS solutions across the Nordics region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company in the hospitality industry, known for its cloud-based solutions that empower over 91,000 hotels worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Identify and close deals with new and existing clients by analyzing market dynamics.
- Build, prioritize, and manage your own sales pipeline effectively.
- Negotiate contracts through various communication channels, including phone, online, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate complex decision-making processes to capture new business opportunities.
- Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio, including POS, Digital Solutions, and Shiji Payments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software POS within the hospitality or F&B IT industry.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach and strong presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry, along with a solid understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
