Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in nursing, preferably in oncology or case management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
- Experience in care coordination and patient education.
- Proficiency in using healthcare technology and electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient cases effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
