About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse Navigator - Remote to join our team. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in nursing, preferably in oncology or case management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Experience in care coordination and patient education.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare technology and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient cases effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
