Senior Motion Graphics Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our innovative team at Archer. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and production of high-quality video content that supports our mission of advancing sustainable air mobility. As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in storytelling through visual content, working across various platforms including marketing, training, and corporate communications.

What You'll Do

• Deliver motion-first visual storytelling across Archer’s brand, marketing, and communications.
• Design and create high-impact motion and static graphics for digital campaigns, social media, web, email, video, and out-of-home advertising.
• Execute the entire production process from concepting, design, animation, to final delivery.
• Collaborate with our Design team to ensure brand expression and visual standards are met across all outputs.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, color, pacing, and brand consistency.
• Work closely with video, audio, and VFX contributors to produce polished, cinematic work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in motion design and graphic design, ideally in brand or marketing.
• Strong proficiency in animating type and graphics for short-form and campaign work.
• Expert command of typography, layout, color, and visual systems.
• Proven ability to concept at a high level and execute with precision.
• Strong demo reel and portfolio showcasing brand systems, marketing campaigns, motion graphics, and video work.
• Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Power user proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D tools is a plus.
• Clear communicator who can take direction, push ideas forward, and elevate the creative bar.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D, simulation, or advanced motion capabilities.
• Background in designing for large-scale out-of-home (OOH) or broadcast.
