Senior Medical Editor - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Medical Editor remote to join our team at Princeton10. In this role, you will take a leadership position in ensuring the highest level of copywriting quality and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Senior Medical Editor, you will edit copy and ensure regulatory compliance for marketing and promotional materials, making a significant impact on our projects.

What You'll Do

• Edit and proofread promotional materials for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Fact check and validate references to ensure they meet regulatory criteria.
• Provide medical, regulatory, and legal expertise for consistency and accuracy in all content.
• Prepare jobs for MLR submission using Veeva, ensuring all materials are compliant.
• Collaborate with project managers, account managers, and designers to align on project goals.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand alignment.
• Assist other editors and manage your own workload effectively.
• Engage in diverse projects across various therapeutic areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences.
• 5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials.
• Proven medical/pharma writing experience in your portfolio.
• Experience anchoring/linking in Veeva is essential.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic areas is a plus.
