Senior Media Buyer - Remote (Meta/TikTok/Snapchat)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic team in the EdTech sector. This remote position focuses on managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. As a Senior Media Buyer, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing our ecosystem of educational AI products for Tier-1 markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead campaign management, including testing, optimization, and scaling budgets from $10K to $200K monthly.
- Quickly analyze unit economics through adaptation and improvement of existing creatives and offers.
- Establish a creative pipeline by sourcing and connecting with contractors, UGC studios, and designers.
- Set up A/B testing systems to evaluate offers, landing pages, upsells, and subscription models.
- Collaborate closely with a Senior Data Analyst to formulate hypotheses and draw insights from data.
- Plan seasonal spending in anticipation of peak periods such as back-to-school and finals.
- Manage performance marketing strategies with a focus on real results and data-driven decisions.
- Work independently to generate creative solutions and oversee the creative process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing budgets of $75K to $100K monthly; candidates with less than $50K experience will not be considered.
- Experience in scaling budgets significantly, demonstrating growth from smaller initial budgets.
- Familiarity with subscription models is a must-have.
- Experience with target companies such as Genesis, SKELAR, Appflame, Jatapp, Welltech, or Playrix is highly preferred.
- Ability to identify unit economics rather than simply executing pre-existing connections.
- Strong understanding of both buying and creative processes, with the ability to manage the creative generation independently.
- Energetic and ambitious mindset, capable of driving results.

- Knowledge of emerging trends in EdTech and performance marketing.

- Competitive salary range of $2000-$3000 per month, with potential bonuses up to $5K.
- Flexible working hours, allowing you to start your day between 8 AM and 11 AM and finish between 5 PM and 8 PM.
