About the Role

We are seeking a talented SMM Manager to join HUMO, a leading FinTech brand, in a remote capacity. As an SMM Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our brand's social media strategy. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute innovative SMM strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Analyze community engagement and social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns through effective social media promotion.
• Promote HUMO's technological and FinTech initiatives across various channels.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in SMM or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and analytics.
• Ability to work with video formats such as Reels and Shorts.
• Fluency in Russian and Uzbek (C2 level).
• A keen sense of trends and a creative approach to content creation.

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Familiarity with social media advertising tools.
