Senior Media Buyer - Remote (AI/EdTech Focus)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic team in the AI/EdTech sector. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge educational AI products aimed at Tier-1 markets. As a Senior Media Buyer, you will manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, optimizing and scaling budgets from $10K to $200K monthly. You will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving our growth through innovative media buying techniques.
What You'll Do
- Lead the manual management of advertising campaigns, focusing on testing, optimization, and scaling.
- Quickly identify unit economics through adaptation and enhancement of competitor insights.
- Establish a creative pipeline by sourcing contractors, UGC studios, and designers to set up a streamlined creative flow.
- Conduct A/B testing to experiment with offers, landing pages, upsells, and subscription models.
- Collaborate closely with our Senior Data Analyst to formulate hypotheses and draw conclusions based on analytics.
- Plan seasonal budgets effectively to align with peak periods such as back-to-school and finals.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring a hands-on approach to scaling from lower initial budgets to substantial monthly spends.
- Drive the generation of creative assets independently while maintaining a strong understanding of both buying and creative processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in media buying.
- Strong understanding of subscription models and experience managing budgets of $75K to $100K monthly.
- Experience in scaling budgets significantly, with a focus on achieving results.
- Familiarity with target companies such as Genesis, SKELAR, Appflame, Jatapp, Welltech, and Playrix is highly preferred.
- Ability to identify unit economics rather than simply executing pre-existing connections.
- Energetic and ambitious mindset, capable of managing the creative generation process independently.
- Proven experience in hands-on roles is a must.

- Competitive salary ranging from $2000 to $3000 per month, with performance bonuses up to $5000.
- Flexible working hours, allowing you to start between 8 AM and 11 AM and finish between 5 PM and 8 PM.
