Senior Marketing Manager - Remote for Iberia Region

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Cricut as a Senior Marketing Manager remote. This role is pivotal in leading and driving marketing efforts, fostering strategic partnerships, and propelling brand growth in the Iberia region, covering Spain and Portugal.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of targeted co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, tailored to local preferences.
• Manage and drive agencies as well as other external partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Increase brand awareness and word of mouth through Channel Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
• Collaborate with consumer and digital marketing teams, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Work with partners to co-create marketing plans that align with Cricut’s overall brand and business goals.
• Analyze regional market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Iberia market.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in marketing and the consumer retail market, preferably in the Iberian region.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Affinity with craft and/or other creative hobbies is a plus.
