About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for Demand Generation to join our dynamic team at Delinea. This remote role focuses on executing high-impact demand programs through core digital channels, including email, webinars, and paid media. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving measurable pipeline impact and optimizing our marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Own execution of demand generation campaigns across key channels, including email marketing, webinars, and paid media.
• Translate integrated program strategies into detailed execution plans, timelines, and channel tactics.
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time, on budget, and with high quality.
• Manage email strategy execution, including segmentation, cadence, testing, and optimization.
• Optimize targeting, creative, bidding, and budget allocation for paid media to maximize pipeline ROI.
• Lead a team of Campaign Managers and ensure compelling audience experiences during webinars and virtual events.
• Track and report on channel-level and campaign performance, providing insights to improve future execution.
• Manage execution workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve scalability.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with email marketing, webinars, and paid media execution.
• Strong command of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, 6Sense).
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong B2B marketing background within the technology sector; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage.
• Confident working with marketing data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
