About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join Rapid Micro Biosystems, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies in a hybrid work environment. As a Senior Marketing Manager remote, you will leverage innovative technologies to enhance our marketing efforts and accelerate brand growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to optimize campaign performance and enhance targeting.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs across key segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales to define account tiers and personalized engagement strategies.
  • Measure ABM effectiveness through account engagement and revenue impact.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and paid media.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Optimize marketing spend across channels to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing strategy and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing global or multi-market campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
