What You'll Do

- Utilize AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to optimize campaign performance and enhance targeting.
- Lead the strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs across key segments.
- Collaborate with Sales to define account tiers and personalized engagement strategies.
- Measure ABM effectiveness through account engagement and revenue impact.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and paid media.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Optimize marketing spend across channels to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing strategy and execution.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing global or multi-market campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
